TENDER, JUICY FLAVOR SEALED IN
We select smaller birds to ensure the most tender texture, then each six-ounce fillet is flame-grilled, seared and vacuum-sealed — locking in its superior taste while ensuring the savory chicken broth and marinade doesn’t escape during reheating.
