Chicken Nugget Casserole
Chicken Nugget Casserole combines two kid-favorite meals into one! With pasta, red sauce and a layer of CHEF’S CRAFT® Gourmet Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks, this dish from food blogger Dance Around the Kitchen makes a perfect family meal for any night of the week!
- 16 CHEF’S CRAFT® Gourmet Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks
- 8 oz dry cellentani pasta of other similar size pasta (bowtie, penne, rotini, etc.)
- 24 oz jar marinara sauce
- ¼ cup + 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a square pan (8x8" or 9x9") with cooking spray.
Cook the pasta to al dente, according to package instructions; drain and pour into a large bowl.
Add the jar of marinara sauce and 1/4 cup of the parmesan cheese to the pasta. Stir until combined and pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the pasta.
Arrange the chicken nuggets over the cheese and sprinkle with remaining parmesan.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken nuggets are golden brown and the outer edges of the casserole are bubbly.
