Easy Sesame Chicken

- 1 pound CHEF’S CRAFT® Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
Cook CHEF’S CRAFT® Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks according to the package directions.
In a liquid measuring cup, mix together all of the ingredients for the sauce, whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour sauce into a large skillet over medium high heat. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.
Toss cooked chicken with the sauce until evenly coated.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve over white rice.
