Sautéed Vegetables with Grilled Chicken Breast Chunks
A healthier approach to chicken and pasta that is sure to become a favorite.
Makes 2 servings.
- 2 ounces olive oil
- 12 ounces CHEF’S CRAFT® Grilled Chicken Breast Chunks
- 1 cup Brussel sprouts, halved
- 8 ounces Zucchini spiral cut “noodles”
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup green peas, fresh or frozen
- 4 shallots, quartered
- 4 ounces basil pesto
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat for one minute.
Add the CHEF’S CRAFT Grilled Chicken Breast Chunks. Sauté for one minute.
Add all remaining ingredients and sauté for an additional five minutes.
Divide on to two plates and serve.
