We start by selecting only the best and freshest ingredients including whole muscle chicken and artisanal fruits, cheeses and vegetables. We make it using exacting culinary standards. We mix it together with no preservatives whatsoever…just these ingredients plus some flavorful spices. We case it, seal it tight and then fully cook it, sous vide, providing for an extended shelf life in the refrigerator. When you’re ready, you simply heat it, add your special flair and then platescape it!
